  • 2 ounces Pisco
  • 34 ounce Cointreau liqueur
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice (see note in description)
  • 1 ounce key lime juice (or mandarinas, in Costa RIca)
  • 12 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 pineapple, cube for garnish

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice, then shake for exactly 20 seconds, to allow ice crystals to form.

    Strain into a small martini blass.

    Garnish with a pineapple chunk or an orange slice.
