- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
- grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. Club crackers
Directions

1Cook the first 3 ingredients on low heat until thick; set aside.

2Combine the pineapple chunks (drained), 1 cup of grated Cheddar cheese and cooked mixture.

3Melt butter; add Club crackers (crushed fine) and top pineapple mixture with this.

4Cook at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
