Pineapple Bean Bake

  • 2 (1 lb.) cans baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 (1 lb.) can corned beef hash
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Combine beans, onions, horseradish and mustard in shallow baking dish.

    Slice corned beef hash into 8 slices and arrange with pineapple slices on top of beans.

    Sprinkle with brown sugar. Dot with butter.

    Bake for about 25 minutes at 400°.
