Pineapple Bread Casserole

  • 1/4 lb. butter, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 6 pieces bread, cut into cubes

    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs. Stir in undrained pineapple. Add bread and mix well. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes. This is a great side dish to serve with ham.
