Pineapple Bread Pudding

- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits
- 1 qt. bread cubes (1/2-inch size)
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs. Beat thoroughly. Blend in milk, pineapple, and juice.

3Pour mixture over bread cubes.

4Mix thoroughly. Turn into a buttered 2-quart shallow baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until delicately browned.

6Serve with Cool Whip.
