Pineapple Bread Pudding

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or tidbits
  • 1 qt. bread cubes (1/2-inch size)

Directions

    Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs. Beat thoroughly. Blend in milk, pineapple, and juice.

    Pour mixture over bread cubes.

    Mix thoroughly. Turn into a buttered 2-quart shallow baking dish.
