- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 slices bread (white, old), cubed
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix eggs and sugar.

2Add milk and pineapple (including juice or syrup).

3Add 3 slices of the cubed bread, mixing gently.

4Pour in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with remaining 2 slices of cubed bread.

5Pour the melted butter on top and bake at 375° for about 45 minutes.
