  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Beat all cake ingredients at medium speed until blended.

    Pour into three (8-inch) pans.

    Pans should be greased and floured. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
