  • 1 (20 oz.) can chunky pineapple
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

    Drain pineapple.

    Save 3 tablespoons of juice.

    Combine flour and sugar; stir this into juice.

    Add cheese and pineapple.

    Put in 1-quart casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and melted butter. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
