- 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving 4 tablespoons juice.

2Combine sugar, flour and pineapple juice, mixing well.

3Add pineapple and cheese and stir.

4Put mixture into casserole dish.

5Mix together the crackers and butter and cover top of pineapple mixture.

6Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
