Pineapple Casserole

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
  • 1 row Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. margarine

Directions

    Mix pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese.

    Spread a thin layer of Ritz crackers in a 8 x 11-inch or similar size pan.

    Pour in pineapple mixture. Top with remaining crackers.

    Drizzle margarine on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until crackers brown.
