Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. cooked rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 head cabbage*
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- 2 cans tomato soup
Directions

1Mix ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper well.

2Form into good size balls and wrap in cabbage leaves.

3Fasten with toothpicks.

4Place in large pot; cover with canned tomato soup. Simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.

5Shredded cabbage may be placed between layers of rolls to give more flavor to the sauce.

6Serves 4 to 6.
