  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 1 small can crushed or other type pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Drain pineapple juice and save. Place pineapple in 9 inch dish. Mix flour and sugar with 3 tablespoons of juice and pour over the pineapple. Sprinkle cheese over pineapple. Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs; crumble over top for crust. Bake at 300° for 30-45 minutes or until brown.
