  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cube melted butter
  • 4 slices white bread, broken into pieces

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.

    Add crushed pineapple, melted butter and broken up bread pieces.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
