Pineapple Casserole

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large can undrained crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. melted margarine
  • 5 slices bread, cubed (do not use crust)
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Beat eggs in casserole dish; add sugar and flour (blended together), pineapple, salt and 3 slices of bread.

    Mix well.

    Top with remaining slices of bread and pour melted butter over it. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
