Pineapple Cheese Ball

- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- parsley and cayenne pepper (as you like)
Directions

1In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

2Gradually stir in pineapple and 1/2 cup nuts, green pepper, onions and salt. Shape into a ball.

3Roll in remaining nuts.

4Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight or until well chilled.

5Serve with crackers.
