  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. minced green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine cream cheese, pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt in bowl; mix well.

    Shape into balls. Roll in remaining 1 cup pecans.

    Wrap in plastic wrap.
