Pineapple Cheese Casserole

  • 2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. sugar, may use less
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 20-25 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick oleo, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine 1 can of drained pineapple, 1 can of pineapple with juice, and cheese in a bowl. Mix well.

    Mix flour and sugar and add to pineapple cheese mixture.

    Pour into 2 quart casserole.

    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and drizzle with margarine. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
