  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 6 tsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers

Directions

    Mix juice and flour.

    Add sugar; mix and add pineapple and cheese.

    Pour into a casserole dish.

    Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine.

    Pour over casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
