Pineapple Cheese Salad

  • 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 large can chunked cheese (like Velveeta)
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. vinegar

Directions

    Toss pineapple and cheese together in bowl.

    In saucepan, put juice from pineapple.

    Add cornstarch, egg, vanilla and vinegar and cook until thick.

    Pour over pineapple and cheese.
