- 3 c. sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 (No. 3) can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar; melt oleo until soft (not hot).

2Add oleo to flour and sugar.

3Add all other ingredients.

4Have 2 uncooked pie shells.

5Pour equal parts in shells.

6Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.

7When cool, wrap in foil and put in freezer.

8Whe ready to use, set out and let come to room temperature.
