- 1 graham cracker pie shell
- 1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. chilled evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In a saucepan, bring to boil the crushed pineapple.

2Stir in lemon Jell-O until dissolved, then mix in sugar.

3In another bowl, whip chilled evaporated milk with lemon juice.

4Mix this into pineapple mixture.

5Pile into pie shell and refrigerate at least one hour.

6Garnish with shaved chocolate.
