- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1Combine ingredients, except Parmesan cheese.

2Turn into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
