  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix flour with sugar and drain a small amount of pineapple juice.

    Mix ingredients together and turn into pie shell.

    Bake at 350° until rises to the top and turns golden brown.
