  • 4 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. meal
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust

Directions

    Mix well all ingredients, except pie crust.

    When well mixed, pour into pie crust and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
