  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 can drained crushed pineapple

  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until foamy.
