  • 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 2 oz. quick oatmeal
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. diet margarine
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple (no-sugar variety)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except pineapple; blend well.

    Place 1/2 of mixture in pan.

    Put in pineapple; top with remainder

    of mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
