- 3/4 c. soft margarine
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well.

2Combine with rest of ingredients.

3Form into balls.

4(If too soft, refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.)

5Place on cookie sheet and freeze.

6Place frozen spinach balls in a plastic bag and store until needed.

7Bake, frozen at 350°, for about 15 minutes or until firm.
