  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 c. sugar (or less)
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 slices decrusted, cubed white bread
  • 1 lb. 4 oz. can drained, crushed pineapple

Directions

    Cream butter with sugar.

    Beat in eggs one at a time.

    Stir in bread and pineapple.

    Put in greased 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Good with ham or turkey.
