- 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 14 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 cup unsweetened crushed canned pineapple (with juice)
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugars.

4Combine dry ingredients and combine with cream mixture alternately with pineapple.

6Drop by spoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheets spacing 2 to 3 inches apart.
