  • 14 cup margarine
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 14 cups flour
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 cup unsweetened crushed canned pineapple (with juice)

    Cream margarine and sugars.

    Add egg and vanilla

    Beat until fluffy.

    Combine dry ingredients and combine with cream mixture alternately with pineapple.

    Mix throughly.

    Drop by spoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheets spacing 2 to 3 inches apart.
