Pineapple Dump Cake

- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
- 1 regular size pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 lb. butter
Directions

1Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan lightly with butter.

2Dump the entire can of pineapple chunks including juice into pan and spread evenly on the bottom.

3Dump the bag of shredded coconut on top of pineapple and spread evenly.

4Dump the entire package of dry yellow cake mix on top of coconut.

5Smooth evenly with a spatula. Cover the entire surface with 1/2 pound butter, cut into thin squares.

6Do not mix! Place pan in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes (until top is lightly browned).

7Remove from oven, cool and cut into serving size squares.
