  • 2 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Stir first five ingredients with wooden spoon, not mixer. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 minutes at 350°.
