Pineapple Fruit Salad

- 1 can chunk pineapple in heavy syrup (pineapple juice will not work)
- 1 can mandarin orange segments in syrup
- 1 package (4 serving size) vanilla cook & serve pudding (instant will not work)
- 3-4 bananas, sliced
Directions

1Drain syrup from pineapple and mandarin oranges into measuring cup.

2If necessary, add water to make 1 2/3 cups.

3Empty pudding mix powder into saucepan.

4Stir in syrup.

5Stirring frequently, bring to a boil over medium heat.

6Mixture will bubble & become clear & thick.

7Cook, stirring for 1 minute.

8Remove from heat, stir in pineapple & mandarin oranges.

9Let cool,

10then refrigerate several hours or overnight.

11Add sliced bananas just before serving.
