Pineapple-Glazed Ham

  • 12 lbs fully cooked smoked bone-in ham or 12 lbs semiboneless ham
  • 13 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 14 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • whole cloves

Directions

    Place ham fat side up on rack in shallow roasting pan.

    Roast in 325 oven 2 1/2 hours.

    In small bowl mix well sugar, mustard and juice.

    Remove ham from oven; trim off rind; score top in diamond pattrern.

    Stud with cloves; brush with juice mixture.

    Roast, brushing frequently, 45-60 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part, not touching bone, registers 140.

    Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
