- 12 lbs fully cooked smoked bone-in ham or 12 lbs semiboneless ham
- 13 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- whole cloves
Directions

1Place ham fat side up on rack in shallow roasting pan.

2Roast in 325 oven 2 1/2 hours.

3In small bowl mix well sugar, mustard and juice.

4Remove ham from oven; trim off rind; score top in diamond pattrern.

5Stud with cloves; brush with juice mixture.

6Roast, brushing frequently, 45-60 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part, not touching bone, registers 140.

7Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
