- 1 (20 oz.) can Dole sliced pineapple
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
- 3 whole chicken breasts, split
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small lemon, thinly sliced
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

2Combine reserved juice with garlic, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and rosemary. Arrange chicken in shallow casserole dish, skin side up.

3Sprinkle with salt.

4Broil until browned.

5Stir sauce.

6Pour over chicken. Bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes.

7Arrange pineapple and lemon around chicken.

8Spoon sauce over all.

9Bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings with only 229 calories per serving.
