Pineapple-Marshmallow Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 bag large marshmallows
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • graham cracker crumbs

Directions

    Dissolve marshmallows in milk on stove in double boiler until all are melted.

    Then set aside to cool.

    Whip 1 pint cream.

    Drain pineapple well and add to cooled marshmallows and milk.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    A 9 x 13-inch pan or bowl may be used.

    Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.

    Place in refrigerator.

    When ready to serve, whip remaining 1/2 pint whipping cream for the topping.

    May garnish with cherries.
