- 1/2 c. Minute tapioca
- 1/4 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 qt. hot water
- 1 c. pineapple (crushed), drained
Directions

1Mix tapioca with the sugar then the hot water and stir.

2The tapioca does not lump so easily this way.

3Cook the tapioca over a double boiler for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

4Remove from heat; stir in the pineapple.

5Garnish with a slice of whole pineapple.

6Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
