Pineapple Nut Cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting (I use black walnuts).
