  • 3 c. flour, sifted
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix together flour, sugar, eggs, soda and salt.

    Add pineapple, nuts and vanilla.
