Pineapple Pie

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. sugar (may use more if you like)
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 pie shell

Directions

    Beat egg yolks. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil on the stove. Stir continually until it thickens, then take off and put in baked pie shell.

    Beat whites of eggs and put on top. Bake at 350° until lightly browned.
