- 1/2 c. butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. Grape-Nuts
- 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 (7 1/4 oz.) box vanilla wafers
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, pecans, Grape-Nuts and pineapple with juice.

3Crush wafers to make crumbs in an 8-inch square pan.

4Make alternate layers of crumbs and pineapple mixture, starting and ending with crumbs.

5Chill at least 8 hours.

6Cut in squares.
