  • 1 lb. long grain rice
  • salt
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 18 eggs
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 c. milk

    Add remaining ingredients and pour into 3 greased aluminum pans (small square ones).

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until centers are set.
