  • 1 large can chunk pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. nuts

    Drain pineapple.

    Bring juice to boil.

    Mix sugar, flour, beaten eggs and 1 cup water.

    Place on stove.

    Stir in boiling pineapple juice.

    Cook until thick.

    Pour over pineapple chunks. When cool, add marshmallows.

    Sprinkle with nuts.
