Pineapple Salad

  • 1 (16 oz.) can chunky pineapple
  • 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. black walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 7 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Drain liquid from pineapple into saucepan and add butter, sugar and well beaten eggs.

    Place over medium heat and stir constantly until very hot, then thicken with paste of flour and water.

    Let cool and pour over large bowl of pineapple, marshmallows and walnuts.
