  • 3 stalks celery, cut 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small onion, largely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (2 lb.) can tomatoes
  • 1 small can sliced pineapple
  • 3 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. cooked rice
