  • 1 (8 ounce) bag frozen peas and carrots
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice (chilled)
  • 1 cup golden raisin
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 fresh pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons hot chili sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • soy sauce
  • teriyaki sauce
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
