- 2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 stick melted butter
Directions

1Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick vegetable spray.

2Put undrained pineapple in pan.

3In a separate bowl, mix sugar and flour; sprinkle over pineapple.

4Sprinkle cheese on top.

5Mix crackers and butter in separate bowl and cover pineapple with butter/cracker mixture.

6Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
