  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 slices bread

Directions

    Combine sugar and butter.

    Beat in eggs; add pineapple and bread.

    Bake in 2-quart buttered Pyrex dish at 350° for 1 hour. Can be served hot or cold.
