Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 1 large onion; 1 small can tomato sauce; 1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup; 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 can pinto beans; 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 small can tomato sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can pinto beans
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.

Combine tomato sauce, catsup and Worcestershire sauce then mix with beef and onion. Place pinto beans in ungreased casserole dish.

Pour beef mixture over beans.

Prepare corn muffin mix as directed.

Spread over beef mixture.

Bake as directed on corn muffin mix box.
