  • 1 c. pinto beans, cooked, drained and mashed (can use canned)
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. canned milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, beans, milk and vanilla. Add nuts and coconut. Mix all together and pour into 3 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 300° for 45 to 55 minutes. Can wrap and freeze.
