  • 3 unbaked pie shells
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. pinto beans, cooked
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks melted margarine

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly, mash beans with juice.

    Add eggs and beans to other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into pie shells and bake 45 minutes at 300°.
